Cancellation policy

 

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

 

Customers can cancel their order within 5–10 minutes of placing it, free of charge.

 

Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted, and the customer may still be charged.

 

 

2. Scheduled Orders

 

Scheduled orders can be canceled up to 1 hour before the chosen delivery time without any cancellation fee.

 

Cancellations made after that may incur charges.

 

 

3. Order Cancellation by Orgkhana

 

Orgkhana reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

 

Unavailability of the ordered items

 

Delivery location being outside our service area

 

Unexpected operational or technical issues

 

 

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.

 

 

4. Refund on Canceled Orders

 

If payment has been made online and the order is canceled within the eligible window, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.

 

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

 

 

5. No-Show / Wrong Address

 

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver due to wrong address, unreachable contact number, or no one available to collect the order, the order will be considered canceled by customer and charges may still apply.
