At Orgkhana, we value our customers and aim to provide fresh, hygienic, and delicious home-made food delivered on time. If you are not satisfied with your order, our refund policy ensures a fair and transparent resolution.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds are applicable only if:

 

The order was not delivered.

 

The order was delivered in a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect condition.

 

Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.

 

 

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.

 

 

2. Non-Refundable Cases

 

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or contact details.

 

If the customer is unavailable to receive the order.

 

If food taste, spice level, or personal preference is the reason.

 

If cancellation is made after the food has already been prepared/dispatched.

 

 

3. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

 

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

 

4. Order Cancellation

 

Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order for a full refund.

 

After preparation has begun, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds
